Send us your Musky reels with your
name, street address, city, state, zip, phone number and a short
note as to what you would like done.
We mail back an acknowledgment card showing the repair
number, date received, and a list of the reels we received from
you.
We will perform the work you request on your reel and return
your reels back to you. We will contact you as to the cost of the repair and make arrangements for payment. If the repair of your Musky reel is going to exceed what we
consider a reasonable amount we will send an estimate for your approval
before the repair is completed. An estimate fee of $12.00
is charged if repair is not performed.

All prices are for labor only; any parts will be billed at shop
retail prices.

Charge for estimate if reel is not repaired............................ $12.00
A processing fee of $5.00 will be charged for every box of reels returned to the customer, plus the cost of the postage or UPS, at the current rate.
We also sell reel parts at the shop retail prices, plus the cost of postage or UPS, at current rate.
